Download the ISA Pre-Approval Request Form (Utilized by event providers only. This is not intended for individual CEU redemption).
To allow for adequate review and response time, applications should be submitted to msa@msa-live.org at least two (2) weeks prior to your event. Complete all of the fields to ensure your event receives the appropriate CEU allocation. This includes agenda (including break times if any), event topic, event location, event length, and event speakers.
